Simply put you dirty laundry in a bag! If you have a laundry bag than use that. If not, any plastic bag will do. Once you become a recurring weekly customer we will supply you with free laundry bags to use for each service. 

If you can't be home when we come by, just leave your laundry outside your door or another safe, accessible location and provide instructions letting us know where you'll be leaving it when scheduling. Upon delivery we’ll return it to the same spot unless otherwise requested.

Unless special request are made our standard practice is using Tide Detergent, Downy Fabric Softener, Bounce Dryer Sheets and Clorox Bleach for the whites. We have fragrance free sensitive skin detergant and eco-friendly detergents in stock to use upon request. You can fully customize your order to your personal prefrences, just make the notes in you laundry prefrences when creating your order. 

Yes! We offer All Free & Clear Sensitive Skin Detergent. Just simple request that is what you would like us to use.

Absolutely! As many as you like, including how items should be folded, which detergent to use, or to hang certain clothing. Just include your laundry prference notes on your account when placing your order. We will follow any personal preferences that you request and best of all it does not cost you anymore with our all inclusive pricing.

We do our very best to pre-treat any stains we see while loading your items in the washing machine. If you have any items that you want us to pay special attention to just place those items in a separate bag with a note or attach a note to the item and place at the top of your laundry bag. We are usually very successful at removing stains but depending on the stain and material type of the items we can’t guarantee the stain will come out.

Yes we can place any items you like on hangers. As always there is no extra charge for this. Just place the items in a separate bag with a note to put on hangers or add a note when placing order online (ex. Place all button down shirts on hangers, hang khakis.
