- We sort all clothing into whites, lights, and darks, while verifying that all items are machine washable.
- We process all customers orders separately from other customers, NEVER together like many other fluff & fold laundry service companies do.
- Whatever special instructions you may have just let us know and our staff will happily do it for you- you have nothing to worry about.
- We only use premium detergents such as Tide, Downy Softeners, Bounce Dryer Sheets, Oxi-Clean and Clorox Bleach for the whites, not cheap warehouse stuff like the other laundry services use! We even offer ALL Free & Clear fragrance-free detergent for customers with sensitive skin and Dreft for baby laundry.
- Your laundry will come back freshly cleaned and perfectly folded- everytime guaranteed or we will do it again for Free.
